Even before The Global Ambassador opens its doors in Phoenix in November, it has joined an elite group of hotels.
The Global Ambassador on Tuesday announced a partnership with Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend Collection, a portfolio of properties that includes the Baccarat Hotel New York, Montage Laguna Beach and Carneros Resort and Spa in Napa Valley, among others.
“Being part of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend Collection is an incredible honor for The Global Ambassador,” owner and restaurateur Sam Fox said in a press release. “To find ourselves counted among the very hotels that have consistently ranked as personal favorites of mine is a meaningful milestone and one that has been aspirational for us.”
Every detail of The Global Ambassador is being designed by Fox in collaboration with Judith Testani from Testani Design Troupe, who has lent her design talents over the years to many of his restaurants, office and even his family home. Inspired by Fox’s travels, they embarked on styling the high-design hotel.
The 141 guest rooms will overlook Camelback Mountain and the Arizona landscape.
Starting at $650 per night, bookings for The Global Ambassador will open in mid-October on the hotel’s website for stays starting in early December.
The hotel is expected to open in mid-November.
